Crispy oven potatoes with rosemary and thyme



Ingredients (4 people)
• 1kg waxy potatoes
• fresh rosemary
• fresh thyme
• sea salt
• olive oil

Preparation time • 45-50 minutes

Preheat the oven to 225ºC. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Put the wedges into an oven dish and drizzle with (olive) oil. Then sprinkle with the fresh rosemary, thyme and sea salt. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Turn the potatoes every now and then during baking. Delicious with roast chicken or steak.
