New potatoes with garden herbs

Ingredients (4 people)
• 1kg floury potatoes
• 50g margarine
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• fresh finely chopped garden herbs – (dill, lemon thyme, oregano, chives, parsley, coriander)
• 50ml cream/creme fraiche
• 200ml warm milk
• 10g flour

Preparation time • 25-30 minutes

Preparation:

Scrub the potatoes. Boil in the skin for 20 minutes until cooked. Fill a bowl with ice water. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the chopped onions and garlic on a low heat. Add the milk, cream and fresh garden herbs. Stir in the flour to thicken the sauce. Put the potatoes into the ice water for 10 seconds and then remove the skin. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Serve together with the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the garden herbs. Delicious with fish/meat or poultry.
